About the programme

WH:SHF Wave 3 builds on the previous waves of the programme, continuing to support social housing landlords to deliver retrofit at scale and encouraging the uptake of low carbon heating for the benefit of their residents.

IFF are leading on the evaluation of Wave 3, on behalf of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Evaluation is important to assess the outcomes of Wave 3, to understand how effectively it is being implemented, and to help to maximise its outcomes.
